Purchased a 2006 infiniti M35 from Michael's Auto Sales, knowingly Courtney (sales person) & Richard (sales manager) sold the vehicle with an oil sludge problem, an engine problem that will cost $10,000 to fix.
They don't want to fix the vehicle and agree to give me another one with the agreement of a carfax and an inspection report from infiniti service department itself. Came to find from infinity that they never show up to check the car. I went to pick up the second vehicle not knowing that I had already printed my own carfax report, they provided me with a forge carfax report. Their report shows that the vehicle has not been in any accidents when mine show that it has been to at least one accident, information was missing/deleted from their report (a whole page to be exact).
They still owe me my deposit because I don't want to do business with them anymore.
