Michel Mercier No More Tangles Brush Total Rip Off plus outrageous shipping 7 handling fees Internet

My 6 year old granddaughter and I saw the infomercial for the hair brush and she indicated it might work on her very long and thick hair.  Never having ordered from an infomercial before, I was a bit unsure but went ahead and placed an order. This was advertised as "Buy 1 - Get 1 Free", just pay separate shipping and handling.  Before I knew what I'd done, my order was completed without me knowing what the total cost would be.  What I didn't realize was the buy1 get 1 free was only valid if you ordered 2 of the same type of brush.  I wanted 1 for fine hair and 1 for medium hair.  So, the total was $14.95 x 2 = $29.90 plus shipping and handling which was supposed to be $5.95 per brush.  The actual total was $58.00.  As soon as I realized I had ordered 2 different brushes, I called thair toll-free number and was told that my order hadn't been completed and there was no need to do anything.  Suspicious, I called my credit card company and found the charge of $58.00 had alreday been posted to my account. I called the toll free number back and was told I would have to wait until Monday to talk with the customer service group.  That was a joke.  They talk in circles and basically tell you to return the unopened box to receive a refund minus the shipping and handling plus the shipping I had to pay to return the $^&##*& brushes.  I have no brushes (nor would I want one based on other reviews) and I'm out of pocket almost $40.00.  Soneone needs to put these guys out of business.
