PLEASE AVOID AND REPORT TO FBI AND YOUR LOCAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. They kept collecting money every month started off with $30.00 then $200.00 Fort Mill, South Carolina

6 months of having them take money from us, limited results and then the items pop back up on my credit reports. I told the lender who sent me to Michelle Black to stop sending customers her way. My real estate agent as well. I looked up the guidelines for the FTC found them to be collecting money every month and not doing anything. Checking my status isn't working for me any more. You must understand from my experience HOPE USA is a total SCAM!!!!!! I reported them to the FBI and Local District Attorney's office. I hope the government shuts them down.

We have just become aware of this complaint and wanted to post a reply right away. The complaint is extremely troubling and it appears that it was likely posted by a competitor or someone looking to damage our stellar reputation. However, IF this is from a real customer we want to offer our sincerest apology for anything our company has done to disappoint you. We invite you to please contact us directly so that we can try to offer you an immediate resolution to your complaint. The satisfaction of our customers is our #1 priority. If the publishers of this website would please share this reply with the author of the original complaint we would appreciate it very much.
Our company has helped many consumers to stand up to credit bullies and, ultimately, to reclaim their good names. We never collect monies until work on a customer’s file has already been completed. Funds are never collected in advance. Furthermore, our company prides itself on providing excellence in customer service and anytime we hear of a customer who is even slightly unhappy we immediately strive to address that customer’s concerns until he/she is completely satisfied. We know that, as humans, we might get things wrong sometimes. However, if we do get it wrong we are happy to admit it and take whatever steps are necessary to rectify the situation.
We invite feedback from our customers all the time and we frequently ask our own customers what we can do to improve their experience. We know that no one is perfect and there are always ways to improve upon our service. Due to the outlandish accusations of this complaint it seems like the complaint was generated by someone seeking to damage our company’s name and reputation and not by a real customer.
Again, we would like to reiterate that we are completely committed to customer satisfaction. If the author of this report is a real customer and we have failed him/her we are sincerely sorry. We truly care about all of our wonderful customers – customers are members of our family as far as we are concerned.
