Please don't ever have your hair cut by this woman.  She is dishonest and not respectful.   She is based in Miami, but seems to travel to work at different L'Oreal/Matrix salons, so be warned.

I was hired to work with her to advertise a brand named Tabatha Coffey of Matrix.  At the time my hair was cut in a bob hairstyle and I was told that I would only receive hair dye as my part of the job, which I agreed to.  As I explained to Michelle O'Connor, I need to keep the length of my hair so I can continue working for hair salons and paying my rent, otherwise I can't keep working. If I can't keep working, I can't keep working or paying my rent, and might have to move back in withthat my parents, and I'd be upset by having to do that, because it's healthier for me to live on my own, with my roommates.  

Ms. O'Connor asked if she could trim 1/4 inch off my hair, and I said okay, only 1/4 inch, trimming only.  Then, she sat me down where I couldn't see what she was doing, and she cut almost 3 inches of hair because, as she later stated, she wanted my hair to look like a pixie cut, despite the fact that we'd agreed on only cutting 1/4 inch.  I didn't consent to this, and when I told her I wasn't okay with what she was doing, she insisted that she hadn't cut very much hair, although she obviously had - her lie was very clear and she clearly didn't have any remorse about what she'd done or my emotional distress about it.  I was so upset that I started crying, but she didn't even apologize.  I have no choice but to believe that Ms. O'Connor intended to cause me emotional distress and financial problems.

I don't know what Ms. O'Connor's problem is, but I wouldnt ever work with her again, and I would discourage anyone else from working with her, either.  Please don't work with her, she is dishonest, unprofessional and toxic.
