Michigan Friend Of the Court/Jackson 15 years of Fighting and the saga continues Jackson Michigan

 It is a long story. 15 years long. The basic information is that my ex wife commited welfare fraud by accepting ADC for our kids while they resided in Florida with me. It took many years to convince Michigan that my children resided with me in Florida since 10 wks. following the final of my divorce. They finally recognized this, but by doing so it would mean that my ex did commit fraud. I worked in a steel Mill before leaving Michigan for 19 years. I made pretty good money because I worked a ridiculous amount of overtime. They based the amount of support on this ridiculous amount of overtime, basically telling me I HAD to work 65 hours a week.

My ex kicked my 13 year old daughter out and my 17 year old lived on his own. I went to Mi. and got my daughter, my son soon followed. My new wife's income tax of over $4,000 were offset. My own before we were married were for $900.00 and then every year after my wife did injured spouse and they got mine totaling approx. $1500. My last Mi. check was late Oct. 1997. My son emmancipated 11/11/97. So for just these weeks, 2 wks. for 2 children and 8 weeks for one. I have paid in all those offsets of over $6,000 and they want me to pay $4,300 more back to the state because they gave the offset money to her every time. Crazy right??

Reward the crackhead, pothead, alcoholic that commited welfare fraud. Michigan took me to court in 2009 and 2010 where both judges agreed I don't owe it. The 2nd judge was angry that they underminded the 1st ruling. Again they file against me in May. I filed motions again. I heard nothing until Mi. sent me paperwork telling me I qualify for there debt elimination program and needed to fill out the enclosed packet. I did so and it was just a ploy to get access to my bank acct. They froze my acct. and will not even honor the outstanding checks. I am unemployed and have been due to an extreme car accident and am disabled. I have applied for SSI but don't recieve it yet. The money in this acct. is from my wife's direct deposit. They lied. It isn't even the matter of the money so much as the principle. I DON"T OWE IT!!!!!!!!! Michigan Friend of the Court are theives and the sad thing is they know it. My ex is a strret person and they probably don't even know where she is, I don't,  so I guess they figure I am the only one they can collect from. After 2 court orders, in my favor, I thought perhaps it was over. Guess Not!!
