micky fauer working as a manager for the rental property,intimidated us when it was time to move out, she did walk through in november15,and told us we need touch up the paint in the few places the nails were in, she told us the name of the paint and we did , we washed and clean the whole apartment, she never mentioned "whole in rgw screen, when time came for us to move out the last ,  Encino California

she came to walk through and point out again it needs touch up,we show to her the paint, still left in the apartment , she found few dark dirt spots ,and [oke and made the hole in the screen ,then sje claimed she gave two clikers, but she never did , when i asked for one .at least she told me it wasnt available ,she said she will order one for us, we couldnt wait for so long mwe need to get into the garage ,so we borrow cliker from the neigbour upstairs,Luba,you can varify that, and progrma two of our cars, when one cliker came in a week later,i toldMicky i dont need it anymore. she never cross it out in our move in inspection and i didnt mentioned anything,thinking she know what she is doing.

i did describe everything on the "brief description.Manager of that building ,neghbpurs told me before  ,I NEED to bring good bottle of cognaq to her for cristmass, but i only lived there few months in that year,i live in Florida permanatly ,SO I WASNT THERE. INSTEAD COME AND THANK ME FOR NEVER BEING ONE DAY LATE WITH RENT AND LEAVE THE CONDO LIKE I WOULD LEAVE FOR MYSELF, ALL THE NEIGHBORS TOLD I WAS CRAZY FOR CLEANING AND WASHING IT, EVEN DID THE WOOD IN THE KITCHEN AND THE BATHROOM WITH WOOD POLISH, I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANY OF IT , BUT THE WAY I AM , SHE MUST BE MAD AT ME THAT I AM LEAVING APARTMENT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, SO SHE TOLD ME "I NEED TO PUT SOMETHING" I DIDNT AGREE WITH MOVE OUT REPORT AND DIDNT SIGHN IT .

I WAS CRYING ALL DAY ,MY BLOOD PRESSUE WEN UP ,BECAUSE OF THE HARRASMENT
