If you want to cancel this service, call 1-800-494-2962. I had cancelled my account with MSN on line since I switched to the SBC DSL line. MSN told me I had accepted a 2 month virus protection free trial program then it was up to me to cancel after the two months. I don't remember ordering this service and it is now our family policy never to accept anything for free if you are required to cancel the service after the trial period is up.
