In my opinion, Dana Tussey-Armstong is the most fraudulant liar you will ever encounter and works at Mid Valley Hospital, a place where if you don't have money, they will leave you there to die. She is psycho, insane, destructive, an addict, an egomanic, conceited, a narcissist, a liar and will do anything to manipulate and pretend to be your friend while stabbing you in the back. She will also steal your husband and leave a path of destruction in her wake. Do not bring loved ones to this place.

What is the rip off? How did this person rip you off? Your report is nothing but jibberish. Did this person have an affair with your husband? BTW - this could be considered slander if it is not true.
