I did not receive my last paycheck as Lab Director of this company. The Bankruptcy lawyer that hired me to close the lab also did not reimburse me, refuses to answer my calls, emails, letters from my lawyer and owes me >$1000.

Since I submitted my time to the MidaLabs bankruptcy attorney Roy M Terry of Sands Anderson in Richmond VA on 17 May 2012 (YES...over two years ago!!!), I have not received any response or payment for my time. Both Terry and his assistant Gina Cross have been left over 12 email/vmails, including a legal letter from my lawyer regarding my compensation of more than $1000. I was retained verbally by Mr. Terry to close the lab and reconcile all the licenses/records and he has failed to pay me.
Arden Bourgeois, the local Managing Partner also sent the staff a letter stating that funds were available to complete payroll through Feb 3, 2012, however I was not paid. Do these sound like reputable businessmen or a worthy trustee for a Bankruptcy case to you? I bet you want to do business with Sands Anderson as soon as possible, right? I am sure Roy Terry and Gina Cross have had no lack of compensation from our misfortune. How can lawyers just disappear and not be held accountable? I am very sorry to say that I will not stop until I get my money, even if it means going to the press, court or the Bar Association.
