Midland Credit Brain dead individuals that do not know credit and collection act laws Columbus Ohio

Midland Creddit needs to get their heads out of their rear ends and listen to the consumers. I have asked for proof of a debt that we supposed;y have with MCI . As of yet -5 months later they haven't provided any proof of debt . This was done so each time in writing. The individual that I spoke with today, stated that they are not required to do so and that I should just pay the debt or the settlement offered and get it done with.

I had to be persistant in getting yet another address to send a letter to asking for proof of the debt. I did credit and collections for 15 years and when prrof of a debt was asked for I gave it to them.

Accounts that are turned over to this company I suspect are alot of times bogus-especially since they cannot provide hardcopy proof when asked.
