Unable to contact a customer service rep and no respones to email complaints of non delivery. This is a True Value Hardware Store. They don't know anyone is having any issues. If all else fails call the State of Illinois Attorney Generals Consumer Fraud hotline and tell them thats who you'll be calling next if you aren't satisfied with the answers.
