This complaint makes me laugh. I am a dispatcher with Midnight Services, Inc. in Addison, IL. and I see this everyday. I am actually tired of peoples lame excuses for their car being towed. Did you notice that this person said that they park there all the time? Obviously not. If you park there all the time then we would've towed you more than once because blocking right-of-way is a towable offense. People have to start realizing that they and their cars are not as important as they think they are, and you can't park anywhere you see fit. Since you started driving you've been taught many different things and blocking right-of-way was one of them. If you don't know what blocking right-of-way is then maybe you should start utilizing public transportation and let them park for you.

One thing I've learned over the years is how to spot a liar. The only difference here is I don't have the advantage of looking into this persons eyes when they were writing this complaint. See looking at someone when they are lying is usually the best lie detector. The face does things differently when you are lying. These facial expressions are known as micro-expressions and they tell a lot. If your watching closely when talking to someone you can tell what they are really feeling. Sometimes liars are real good and show not much facially but there are other means of judging if someone is lying to you. One real good way is to listen for a person to start including others into their problem. See, if your argument is valid, then there is no reason to try and have somebody else justify your accusations. The reason we do most of our towing at night is because that's what the property owner/manager has contracted us to do. WE DON'T MAKE THE RULES! We just enforce them. It's up to you to know where you can and can't park. So give us a break, start paying attention to where you're parking or if you are the type of person that just has to blame someone else, then blame your complex or your friends complex or even your friend for not telling you where to park.
