Midway Nissan false advertizing! said that they would get ANYONE financing NO MATTER WHAT not mentioning that there were several other hidden qualitifcations not mentioned when advertizing both on the radio and on the internet AND VERBALLY OVER THE PHONE! Told me that they would buy my old vehicle, then cut me a check and then I could use this for a downpayment, then when a sales person called me back they told me that the person wasn't a seasoned employee and they were incorrect in that information about buying my car! All deceptive practices!! Lies!! Internet and Phoenix AZ

I heard an ad over the radio and then saw one on the internet about Nissan being able to get anyone a car loan and no one would be turned down.  I gave them information over the phone about my income and social, etc and then they said now we need to get a co-signer.  And if that didn't work then I needed to give them 4K for a downpayment!  From the advertizement and the initial converstations over the phone this wasn't told to me!  Then I called back and a guy told me that they would buy my car and cut me a check, then I could use this check to purchase another vehicle there.  So I scheduled an appointment time to go in and do this.  I got a call from them asking me if I was coming in and I said yes.

The sales person asked if I had a co-signer and I said no she said well we will need 4K down then.  None of this was told to me until the very end when they called me back to confirm my appointment!  I said I was told that you would buy my vehicle and then I could put that towards a new vehicle.  She said well the person who said that wasn't a seasoned employee and they didn't know.  Not only did the guy who answered the phone tell me that they would purchase the car, but others there told me that they would get me a vehicle and finance anyone and that they had a special event and were doing financing for everyone who came in the door!  The ad over the radio even said that!! I heard it several times!  All lies!! Deception!!!  Totally wrong!!

They didn't say you would get financed with no money down or with no co-signer.  They just said they could get you financed.   In your case they said you would have if you had $4,000 or a co-signer.  Or are you really going to come to a public web site and say you really thought you could get financed with no money down, no co-signer, and get a $50,000 car with bad credit?

As for the car..okay they said they would buy your car and cut you a check.  Did they give you a price?  After all you could have showed up and they could have said..okay here is your check for $5.

One other thing you failed to mention here is if you still had a loan on your current car or was it clear?  If you still had a lien on it did you let them know this up front?
