1. I purchased a condo at Fort Myers Fl in jan 2010.  In the last 36 months i have used it all together no more than 12 months.  I have received a bill from midway service.  According to Midway i have used water 34 months out of 36 months, even though the water valve was shot and the place was empty. 

2.  I met M Lucas Hamilton from Midway service, he pulled out the history meter reading file.  He approuved that they were funny reading example 0 water usage for a month and the next 8000 gallons of water.  The reading were not consistent they would jump more than half from month to month.

3.  I agreed to pay the basic charges wich i did, bur i would not pay for water i did not used.  He said that i would talk to his supervisor and return me a call.

4.  Months went by without news from him.  At the end he said that nothing would change and i will have to pay.

5.  I wrote a letter to his supervisor M James Anderson,  M Anderson rtefused to talk to me and transfert my letter to M Hamilton.

I would like Midway services to review my file.

 Wow! I am surprised to see this!

I have dealt with Mr. Hamilton on multiple occasion and I have never been disappointed! He is quite prompt and did everything within reason to assist me. It sounds like you may be lashing out because you didn't get the result you were hoping for.

Honestly, the last line in this "story" says it all.

"I would like Midway services to review my file."

You post that on a site where no one from the company is likely to see? What a laugh...

Please, do me a favor and get a life. If you are wrong, learn to accept it and move on or at least learn to address your problem correctly.
