My name is Nancy C. I recently called to order Lucinda Bassetts Anxiety & Depression CDs which they promised in 3-5 business days, I am waiting over weeks.. The worst part is I called the customer service number they provided & could get anyone that knew what they were doing as I kept getting put on hold. While I agreed to a 14 day supply of their sleep & renew pills along with vitamins for stress , they said I can return them within 4 days for refund.  The problem is I just recieved these pills at my door only 6 day ago. When I called they said it is past the 14 days & THEY  CHARGED MY ACCOUNT... Now they said it will be charged 4 times !!!!

I finally got to speak to someone who was still an idiot, and I demanded a refund.  Then I CANCELLED any further order!!

Now, I recieved the pills AGAIN. Only this time , it was a 90day supply of the sleep pills & NO Vitamins...

They charged my account again !!!!

This is a scam to get money out of people.  Preying on Anxious & depressed people at that !!! If they didn't cancel the CDs as they said they did, I will be here again. By the way they CDs are $313.95 and as I mentioned is 6 weeks late ( back ordered)

So far I am out of $115 plus. My bank says I have to return the pills, which I intended on doing until Mdwest told me I would not get my money back to THROW THEM AWAY if I don't want them.. WHAT !!!!

I don't want this to happen to anyone else!!  I want some Justice in ths matter.

I am afraid to go to my mailbox or look at my bank account at this point. This program is misleading the customer & the shipping & billing is SCAM for your money !!!!
