They overbilled me, using a threatening letter, so I paid. The insurance company had already paid in the interm. They have owed me almost $200.00 for 5 weeks now, I was being patient for the refund they acknowledge owing me, yet all I get is stalled and a complete run-around. I have wasted 5 hours and about 100 phone minutes also to try to get MY money back, yet they are still stalling. Next step is fraud charges.

Midwester Dental Plan - Michigan Beware of LACK OF DISCLOSURE and HIDDEN FEES... My employer plan is supposed to pay for 100% of Braces and other routine work. Unfortunately, Midwestern Dental Plan does not cover Extender and other prosthetics which are common when getting braces. I ended up paying over $1200 for extenders. Had I known that this was a hidden fee or that I would pay this much for extenders, I would have looked at other dental programs. The receptionist at the office could not give me an answer as to why they were not covered under the insurance. All I kept getting were statement like: Beware of LACK OF DISCLOSURE and HIDDEN FEES...
