mighty fix it ordered online, order was doubled along with shipping with no way to modify order, Internet

I had a similar problem with ordering "mighty fix it" online as the report from PA. The ad stated that the order would be doubled (2 for the price of one). I placed an order for 1 (one). After entering in my credit card info, the order came up on screen with a quanitity of 2 (two). At this point there was no way to change the quanity.

I tried many times, that night & the next day, to reach some one to change the quanity, however there is no way to reach a person. there is always a recording about the volume of calls etc. The next day I went to my bank to stop payment which worked for one billing cycle, however now I need to resubmit the info.
