Mike Ingram, Commerce Georgia also known as Michael and or Hammer ( full name William Michael Ingram - DOB 11/06/1960) is a compulsive liar. Never does anything wrong or so he thinks. Only words this man knows is " I DIDN' DO IT", DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT". Others are always causing trouble in his life when in fact it's his own actions that are detrimental to is own being.
Mike Ingram (including all alias above) will ignore, delete, change address, phone numbers anything possible to avoid detection. Mike Ingram lives in Banks County, Georgia which to everyone's surprise seems to doesn't care there is a CROOK, SCAMMER, && Thief living in their county. Maybe they get a kickback from Mike Ingram's wrong doing!

Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by William Michael Ingram a/k/a William M Ingram and Nancy Leann Ingram a/k/a Nancy Ingram to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. [continued below]....
All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the 207th District, G.M., Banks County, Georgia, and being that 5.00 acres, more or less, as more particularly shown on a plat of survey prepared for Sammy W. Ingram and Sandra Lynn Ingram by Barry D. Lord, Registered Surveyor, dated April 7, 2003, recorded at Plat Book D, Page 136, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Banks County, Georgia, and incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference for a more detailed description. Also conveyed herein is a forty (40.00) foot easement for purposes of ingress and egress from Fort Lamar Road to the subject property as more particularly shown on the plat of survey referenced herein.
The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney s fees having been given).
Said property is commonly known as 152 Ingram Road, Commerce, GA 30530 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party (or parties) in possession of the subject property is (are): William Michael Ingram and Leann Ingram or tenant or tenants
