Miko Dion Wady is a self proclaimed concert promoter who has stolen millions of dollars from investors over the past five years. Miko Wady seduces his victims to invest money in his company Dezert Heat Entertainment by creating an aura of legitimacy to build investor confidence.

After Miko Wady develops a relationship of trust with his investors he steals them blind and then spends their money on expensive vacations, high end cars/toys and lavish homes for him and his family. It is not uncommon for Miko Wady to be seen wearing jewelry worth as much as $100,000.

Dont be fooled by the bling bling. His cars and valuables are the result of duping investors out of millions through his sophisticated Ponzi scheme. Basically, he takes money from one group of investors to pay off money he owes to a different group of investors. He will claim the money he is using to pay you off is from legitimate ticket sales from the concerts he promotes. Nothing could be further from the truth; he is just circulating the money to keep his investors happy while stealing millions for himself.

How does Miko Wady develop an aura of legitimacy around his empty concert promotion business? First, Miko Wady invites you to attend concerts that he is supposedly promoting. As an investor it is very impressive to see an arena filled with over 18,000 screaming fans while Miko Wady is giving you a tour backstage acting like he owns the place. Second, Miko Wady introduces you to his industry contacts: music artists, talent agents, ticket brokers etc. Third, Miko Wady produces contracts that are supposedly between Dezert Heat and top entertainers.

What Miko Wady fails to tell you is that he or his wife have forged the contracts and that they are completely false. Fourth, Miko Wady will produce copies of cashiers checks that he says he used to pay for show expenses. Again, what Miko Wady fails to tell his investors is that he returns to the bank and re-deposits the cashiers check so he can steal the money from his investors. Through this process he creates an aura of legitimacy and sadly many trusting people have bought into it.

Miko Wady has not just stolen money from a few investors through his Ponzi scheme. He has duped many well know families in the Phoenix area, namely the Earnhardt family (who owns and operates the Earnhardt dealerships), the Heap family (the brother and parents of Todd Heap who plays football for the Baltimore Ravens) just to name a few. Investors are starting to come out of the wood work now that this scam has been discovered.

The most absurd part is that Miko Wady continues to solicit investors to put money into his scam. If you come across a man with Dezert Heat tattooed across his forearms call legal authorities and report him. Miko Wady has destroyed literally hundreds of lives financially and must be stopped. Miko Wady is currently being investigated by the FBI.

Miko & Jennifer Wady have a new Con Established

AUTHOR: Defraudedone - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 24, 2007

I too was defrauded by Miko and Jennifer Wady and lost thousands of dollars in their concert scam Dezert Heat. To those claiming Wady is a legitimate concert promoter you are either completely naive as I was or are Wady himself or one of his criminal accomplices.

If anyone has questions about Miko Wady, please do an internet search of "Miko Wady Fraud," search www.ripoffreport.com, or search the Maricopa County Superior Court's website (http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/civil/caseSearchResults.asp?lastName=Wady&FirstName=&bName=&x=71&y=10) and see the numerous civil lawsuits currently against Miko and Jennifer Wady.

If you too have been defrauded be sure to spread the word throughout the Internet. Wady has embezzled at least $35 MILLION from investors and still has the arrogance to think he can get away with it. I personally know people who will be filing bankruptcy because Miko Wady stole their life savings. As these people suffer, Miko Wady and his family own numerous luxury cars and homes and continue to live the good life - - all from stolen money.

You should also be aware that Miko Wady and Jennifer Wady have started a new ponzi scheme with a corporation by the name of NATO Entertainment in which they are taking out of state (out of AZ) investor money in another concert promotion fraud.

Interestingly, Jennifer Wady and her mother, Pamela, opened Vie Salon, an upscale salon in Chandler, AZ this weekend with celebrity appearances. Guess who paid for that salon? Those from whom the Wadys stole $35 million in their Dezert Heat ponzi scheme.

A question for Jennifer Wady and her family, is a lengthy jail sentence really worth it? When you are on trial (criminal charges) I will be in the courtroom every day to ensure you go down.

I understand that law enforcement is currently building a case against the Wadys and all their chronies. How many more people have to be financially ruined while this case drags on? Call the FBI and local law enforcement and demand action today. The sooner Wady and his family of crooks heads to jail, the better for society.

New Miko Wady & Family scam?

AUTHOR: R.l. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 23, 2007

Most of the East Valley tribune stuff has been deleted by the tribune but there was a lot damaging info about Miko Wady and his family.
One thing I did learn from the tribune comments is that the Wady family has now opened a salon called Vie Salon in Chandler. Apparently it is open now but many of the employees were being paid high salaries before the salon even opened. Where did the money come from? I bet the ripped off investors would like to know.

Miko Wady (aka Shady Wady) continues to lie and steal from the innocent!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 01, 2007

If you want the truth about Miko Wady go to www.eastvalleytribune.com and type in Miko Wady in the search. Click on the article and read the comments of the readers. You will find a ton of information about Miko and family. I read a ripoffreport that was probably written about Miko by Miko himself.

In his posted ripoffreport he claims to be an innocent victim. Whatever! Miko is trying to push the blame to other people so he can stop taking the heat himself. We need as many people as possible who have been scammed by Miko Wady to post reports on this website. The more people who stand up to Miko the better.

Miko took $100,000 from the Earnhardt family to supposedly finance a Josh Groben concert. Come to find out Josh Groben was never promoted Josh Groben. Where did the money go Miko? Did you use it ot pay off other investors? He did! It will only be a matter of time until the forensic accountants get done reviewing Miko's bank statements. The cold hard evidence is in his banks statements. No matter how hard he tries he will not be able to erase the trail he has left.
