    United States of America Total Rip off, missing items from my purchase, images of the item were stolen and did not receive same item that was shown on the website, poor quality, and it has been two weeks since I filed, Internet

I Purchased a costume, Aqua from Kingdom Hearts, from When I received my costume, I noticed that the images of the product that were on the website was not the same as I received. The costume I received was poorly made and of very cheap material and I was also missing two items to make the costume complete. I immediately contacted the claims department about  how the costume was poorly made, the missing items, the false representation of the images on their site, and I also asked for a refund if possible.

Two weeks have gone by and I my claim case has not been resolved. I have sent numerous emails and spoke with live chat, who informed me that the supplier of the warehouse who is supposed to check on my items was not available. When I would ask when the supplier would be in, their response would be, "tomorrow". Tomorrow came, and still the same response, "supplier is not available". Not once, did they tell me I could they answer my question about their poor quality, stolen images, or even if I could get a refund.

The last email I received was about 5 days ago, informing me to be patient and that the supplier has not been available due to China's national day and that they would be into work Monday which is today October 8th. I did not respond back, because there was nothing I could have done at this point. This morning, Monday October 8th, I received an email from the claims department letting me know why I haven't I responded to their last email,  it has been 5 days since I responded and that if I didn't respond within 24hours they were going to close my case.

I have been patiently waiting for two weeks and having to read that email really ticked me off. How can you close my case when you haven't even solved it nor answered any of my questions. I immediately, made a review on their site xplaining my issue and hoping buyers could see my post before they got ripped off like I did... Well, they have not posted my bad review on their website. Now my $100 has gone down the drain and I am left with a poorly made, incomplete costume. Never Again will I ever purchase from this website again! Worst online buying experience that I have ever made!
