The truth of the matter is much like we have read on this site : Milinex took a simple order from us for a buy-one- get-one-free offer from a TV infomercial and used their own math that says 1 + 1 = 4. That's right, they doubled the order and charged our account for double the amount authorized. Although they were the ones who told us the amount they were going to debit for, they doubled that amount and tacked on another order. Now I ask, who in their right mind orders 4 vacuum cleaners?
And the order happened in August of this year and guess what.this is nearly November and nothing has been shipped or received.
You might say that we do, indeed, have questions, like their core value statement says. We don't know if they have the best products because we haven't seen one up close and personal. As for their friendliest customer service, we wouldn't know about that either as all we get are automated blah, blah, blah whenever we call so I'm not sure there is an actual customer service but I'll let others testimony on this site tell of the facts on that.
As for the rebuttal of Mr. Paul Greenfield who claims to be the general counsel for Milinex or as he says, IGIA whatever that is, that every order is recorded and retained for accuracy, I would love to hear that recording because rest assured I know that we did not order 4 vacuum cleaners. Period!!
