After reading everything people have gone through I figured I better get to my bank and nip this issue in the bud. They are going to try and get my money back for me and investigate them. I called the 800 number that was on their web site and sat on the phone waiting for somone to pick up for over and hour I finally gave up. Today after going to my bank I called the number my bank had for them and I first talked to a rep that was of no help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl asked for my number for the superviaor to call me back, I tol her that I was onto them and that I would wait on hold for the supervisor. Mary, the supervisor, got on with me and was very rude claiming that my package had already been sent out on the 2nd of november and that I should be getting it soon. I told her that I was going to refuse the package and have it sent back to them. She offered to give me a tracking number but I had read that they were giving false tracking numbers. When I said to her you guys are ripping off people she laughted and said maam no we are not. I demanded an email pertaining to our phone call and still don't have one yet. When I got home, after making a batch of brownies becaus the stress from all of this drove me to need chocolate, I got on the phone and called the 800 number to Fed-Ex. I spoke with a lady named Marty at Fed-Ex and explaineds the situation to her. She said that they are getting numerous calls about the same thing and that there was an elderly man avery upset on the phone with her this morning because he only ordered the one was supposed to get a second one free and they shippied 4 to him and charged him for all 4. She looked up the tracking number for me and put a stop on the package. She said that I was doing the right thing by trying to get ahead of the box because the shipper waived the required signature and they would have just left it on my steps. Fed-Ex is going to work with me to track when the company gets the box back because she said that they are notorious fore saying that they never got the bax back. Oh and one last thing, they are operating under the business name of Brass Legistics now. I did a search on the internet and found nothing. I am also going to contact news stations about this. I will update as soon as I know anything.
