Before attending the presentation, a letter was mailed that guaranteed us a gift package provided if we attend a 90 minute presentation. They stated that there is absolutely no obligation to buy or join anything in order to receive the vacation package.

Attending the presentation was a total waste of my time and I ended getting upset at the sales rep. He was pushy and tacky. At last the presentation ended and we received our brochure. We followed all requirements stated on the brochure.

We had to send envelope by certified mail, $50.00 deposit per person. Envelope had to be postmarked no more than 21 days after the sponsor's issue date listed at the bottom of brochure. You had to choose 3 dates allowing at least 45 days between choices but had to be seven full days before and after any holiday.

Waited for response and told that the dates that we choice were not available. We had to choose 3 different dates.

Waited for response and were told that our first choice was not available. About 2 months later,  received another response that second date was not available. Each time that they replied to our choices they kept emphasizing that we could receive deposit. We felt that they were simply trying to discourage us from continuing the processes of receiving our vacation gift.

We recently were notified by phone that our vacation will expire in January. Our ultimate getaway trip has turned into a complete nightmare. Millennium Travel has not delivered what they promised. They are full of empty promises.
