    My name is DOANH KINH NGUYEN.  My spouse is HAU THI NGUYEN.

     We had received a letter dated 5/11/2015 indicating that we have qualified for an award of (2) round trip airline tickets.

     We sent the request form to Millennium, Travel & Promotions, telephone no. (386) 763-5778 and on November 13, 2015, we sent a $523.95 money order no. 1100612241from Chase with the understanding that we will have dinner Gift Certificate, Entertainment Venue Tickets, airfares and (2) nights at one of over 1,000 Marriott Hotel locations.  Millennium claims that the $523.95 is for hotel tax, airline taxes....

     We received certificate no. 1747280 on January 4, 2016for the Virgin America flight departure to Chicagom on 1-11-2016 return on 1-13-2016 stay at Red Roof Inn for the same period.

     We contaced Virgin America and Red Roof Inn to cancel the flight and stay since the FTC informed us this is afraudulent misrepresentation of Millennium.

     The actual price, wecchecked with Virgin America and Red Roof Inn, of 2 persons, round trip from Los Angeles to Chicago is $139.00 + $142.06 = $281.06.

     Due to Millennium's intentional and careful swindle, we wrote a letter dated January 8, 2016 requesting a $523.95 refund within 2 weeks.  To date, we have not heard anything from them.

     On January 27, 2016 we wrote a letter to US Senator Bill Nelson and Attorney General Pam Bondi with the request that they take actions on our behalf.

     To date, they have not replied us.

     Will you please help us to publicize this letter so that people will be aware of the deceitful MO of Millennium?
