i dont even remember you, which i do remember most people from minch so i obviously either worked with you once or twice or didnt at all...and that is not anywhere near long enough for you to know my work ethic...you did not go on every job with me when i worked weekends and covered her other employees when needed.and yes she did pay for gas but would only pay 7 dollars a day and have you drive all over the place wich is no where near enough, and as far as other cleaning services not paying for gas, i havent heard of one yet that wont pay for gas,ive worked at a few and always been paid for mileage, kathys is the first like this ive seen...and she didnt even tell me it was 7 dollars a day when hired she just said we pay for mileage..the flyers, it isnt illegal, i was wrongly informed, i admit that, the only thing i was wrong about.and yes lets be honest, i was told it was a flat rate for the apartments but i must have asked 4 or 5 times and she still couldnt give me an exact number on what i was making per apartment. i always got the run around. i was NOT on my phone all day every day, maybe sometime in between which i also used it to call kathy most of the time. i didnt bring my phone in the homes with me which was in my purse so that is a complete lie that i spent all day on the phone. i did have an a*****e boyfriend and left him while i was working there, so if i did have a bad day once that is none of your business, as i recall you did not pay me nor were my boss so that had nothing to do with you.one bad day out of the months that i busted my a*s for her is petty to even bring up. you are blowing that way out of proportion and what she did to me had nothing to do with my personal life, my job was always done and done WELL..and on time.thank you. out of all the thing i have said she done to me that is your rebuttal.that i was on my phone??really...ans money missing from paychecks you are completely lying about as well...i never had anyone make a complaint,,as a matter of fact kathys exact words were i know what nicole is capable of..she had seen me in action and would thank me for doing such a good job, mostly the clean outs i did for her,that you were NOT present for EVER. you are only speaking what you were told to write not what you know because you were never there with me nor in the office when i spoke to kathy, so you really have idea what you are talking about. when i was working there i didnt have an issue, i showed up for work on time all the time and did my job and id it well, funny that i am being accused of lying but in reality you are lying or kathy...and wait4ed a year later to make a rebuttal and you were not ever even present and have know actual knowledge of what was spoken EVER. i cleaning for 6 or 7 years before i stopped and never once had a customer complain...and as far as the paycheck issue, you also dont know that i had to call the dept. of hour  & wages and the BBB to get her to ACTUALLY send me my paycheck, yes she did say she would send it but 3 months later and after 5-10 calls to her of phone tag and her not answering i called thee BBB and they actually assigned me an investigator who spoke to her personally and i guess basically explained that if she did not give me my paycheck action would be taken, however they would have handled it legally, i would assume a fine of some sort although i am not exactly sure, the investigator contacted me and told me my check should be arriving in about a week,as it did and she deducted 25 dollars because she said she was taking for having to cancel the check that she supposedly sent me 3 months earlier,which i had to call the investigator back and tell him that and i got another check in the mail a week later for 25 dollars, i called kathy and thanked her for my paycheck. i am well over this situation. i went to school, and i have a good job now, i will not be working for anymore dead end jobs ever again...it is you that needs to get over it and move on. i am very dissapointed  that kathy actually had you respond,someone who was not ever involved nor knows any actual facts about any of these issues other then what kathy has told you. and i am not saying kathy is the worst person ever, but she was not fair to me and has also done these things to other people. in my eyes she did me wrong when i was a good employee.promised me things from the start that were never given nor was she ever really planning on doing so.she handles her business unprofessionally as far as im concerned. if you call working overtime for her and covering for her employees on jobs they couldnt work"taking advantage of her"you are speaking lies, you dont know what REALLY happened and you never will. you were not physically present for any of this and like i said have no REAL knowledge or FACTS...so speak for yourself, and not what kathy tells you to...i have been over this, it took kathy a year to rebuttal and this is the crap that she pulls, im not suprised though because even when i was calling for my check after 2 months of calling every other day and her not answering she actually had her son call me back because she isnt professional enough to handle the problem that she created HERSELF. Look at the facts dear..all the reports before my report are close to the same thing and there are still a couple after my report,....it is obviously not everyone else, it is KATHY.....im sure next you are going to say everyone else is a liar and kathy isnt...please...you are only making kathy and the business look worse by even making a rebuttal....you are out of line sweetheart, get a new hobby

Oh well where do i start here.   First off Nicole was an employee of Minch Professional Cleaning for a few months yes, but she neglects to mention a few things.  First off, she states that she worked very hard for Kathy.  Well not sure how true that is.  She and i did work together and truthfully, hard worker is not one of the first things that comes to my mind.  Now to review the incorrect statements made in her complaint.  Kathy does pay for gas for the day when you drive your vehicle.  Most cleaning companies do not even do that anymore.   Minch Professional Cleaning Company has NEVER paid by the mile so it seems Nicole has the facts wrong there.  Every employee is hired at a base rate.  Some of our commercial work is done on a flat rate basis as well as many other jobs that are at different rates.  All employees are made aware of that BEFORE they decide to complete a job.   As for the Flyers, yes that is paid at a different rate then our hourly cleaning rate.  Again we are all made aware of this ahead of time.  And no Nicole it is not illegal to post flyers on someone's door.  Its illegal to attach them to a mailbox.   As for the flat rate on the empty apartments, Nicole the rate once again was always told to you beforehand.  And lets be honest, on days when you and your boyfriend were fighting you were not exactly a "productive" employee.   Truth is most of your day was spent on your cell phone.  That makes it very hard to complete the job in a timely manner.  The only reason money would ever be missing from anyone's paycheck was when the client was not satisfied with the service you performed.  She will take the money for the original cleaners to pay the new cleaners that have to go back and fix the mistakes.  AGAIN, none of this is new information.  Kathy is one of the nicest, most understanding people I have ever met in my entire life.  She is the type of person that always gives people the benefit of the doubt and is very accomodating.  For anyone to state otherwise is just simply a lie!  She does not run a sweat shop.  Why would I still be working here almost two years later.   Nicole, do not take hits and slander Kathy.  She was more then accomodating to you and your issues. And yes you did receive your final check.  Your problem was that she mailed it (which is another company policy) and you had to wait for it to arrive.   You are just upset because she finally got tired of you constantly taking advantage of her.  In the end I really hope you can move on from this.   Best of luck to you and all your future endeavors. 

i spoke before about how kathy never gave me my last paycheck...well i called her myself and she said she had sent out my check...come a week or two later i called her and she said she would check the address and call me back...of course she never called and she wouldnt answer the phone when i called back...so i called the department of labor and the department of hours & wages. there i spoke to an investigator and he actually contacted her himself and she sent him the check right away. she held my check for two months before i had to call someone and do something about it. when i recieved my check she actually deducted $25 for a stop payment on the check; she said she had "sent out"...that was apparently in the mail for two weeks at the time. i put my two weeks in with her too. she had no intention on paying me...but she did..she had to..she came up with every excuse she could to not pay me until i called the investigator. i was a very hard worker and did her some favors as well. if you ask me. i know times are hard and its a small business but that is no excuse for the way i have seen her treat her employees. she always hires people with little experience so she doesnt have to pay them much. i have 5 years experience cleaning and should be making at least 11. she told me she would give me that and then acted like she had no clue what i was talking about when i asked her about more money...it was crazy and i never seen anything like it. the worst part, if you ask me, is the fact that when i called her for my paycheck she would always have her son call me. she is the owner of this business but has her son do her dirty work. she owes an employee a paycheck and she wont even speak to them...she has her son call...insane. some of the employees are really good people that work their hands to the bone. they dont deserve some of the things she does. she puts on a really good act because she had me fooled when i met her. i thought she was so sweet and happy person. and when i started working for her i was like woah..BEWARE of MINCH CLEANING!! if you need a job at least mcdonalds will give you your money you work for. Kathy is very spiteful and sneaky. i have caught her in lies myself. i dont know why she does this to employees but it is not good kharma to have for a business. i would never recomend anyone work for her...merry maids pays good money..call them...lol
