I tried the on-line "free trial" offer and called the company for a RMA#. I followed their directions to the letter, completed the form, paid the shipping cost to return the item, wrote the RMA # on the box and still got charged another $69.95 the next month. When I called to object to this fraudulent use of my credit card, I was informed that "your package came back Return to Sender". I argued that this was not the case and that I had followed directions and paid for the return shipping. She asked if I still had my postal receipt. Well, I said that probably still do but it would take me hours to locate it now. So she offered to refund just $52.95 out of the total charged to my credit card, basically charging me $17.00 for allegedly sending it back "return to sender" which I DID NOT DO!!! So now I paid the first shipping cost and now a second and I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT because I return the product containers unopened! No amount of talking did me any good.

NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this company. You WILL REGRET IT!

We apologize for the inconvenience this customer may have experienced. Unfortunately, the US mail system is not 100% accurate. When a customer calls to obtain an RMA number it is our standard practice to recommend they get a tracking number for the package. This will help ensure that we can refund their money if the package is not received to our warehouse properly. If we do not receive the package, or if we receive it in an improper manner (marked return to sender) we will refund the customers money 100% if they can provide us with a receipt for the shipping or a tracking number. We cannot take a customer for their word due to the amount of fraud it may cause. If this customer would like to locate her receipt we would be happy to refund her 100% of her money. Our customer service agents can be reached at 866-363-6797.
