Minnesota Water is a MN based company located in Minneapolis, MN. They sell water purification systems and supplies to the public.
Stay away from this company. They are not only deceptive but they are trespassers and thieves. Run as far away as you can from this company. There are several other legitimate companies in Minnesota that actually sell you a quality product. This company appears to sell you a product and when you are done and legitimately own the equipment, they try to sell you an optional service contract. We voted against signing a service contract and did not hear from the company afterwards... FOR 2 YEARS!
Two years later, we get a call from Steve Norenberg, President of Minnesota Water, saying he owns the machine and if we don't pay for a new service contract, he's going to take the unit back. EXCUSE ME? We paid for the unit in full to the tune of $2,433!!!
The story gets even better... Badgering phone calls continued to persist from Mr. Norenberg. We asked for written proof that the unit was his and he never produced such a document. He even tried to change his voice and pose as a customer trying to update their vendor information files to obtain our address. When asked his name or what company he was from, he refused to reveal it.
Then, one afternoon, Steve Norenberg decides to walk right in through our front door unannounced, walk through our building, down the hall and over to the back kitchen area where he proceeded to rip the unit out of the wall and leave the building with it. We have the entire event caught on surveillence camera feed.
This is the type of service you will get from Minnesota Water... Buyers Beware.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Response to Bill at Dash Delivery Services located in Rogers
AUTHOR: Steve Norenberg - ()
SUBMITTED: Saturday, March 01, 2014
Bill has a number of his facts in his complaint incorrect and is angry because his time with a free water unit ended.
The facts:
# I have a signed copy of the agreement with Dash Delivery Services of Rogers stating it was a rental agreement that had no ownership as part of that agreement.
#2 When I bought Minnesota Water in Oct of 2013 I discovered Dash Delivery Services of Rogers had not been invoiced in over a year.
#3 I called Bill and offered to work things out and I offered to waive the unpaid part of his rental agreement if he would start making payments going forward. He refused and hung up on me.
#4 He failed to return any of my calls.
#5 If anyone wants a copy of his contract get permission from Bill and I will show you his rental contract that does not include ownership rights.
#6 I showed your staff the contract that you signed when I picked up my machine, after all attempts to reach Bill went unanswered.
#7 Bill, why have you never called me about this after I picked up my machine ?
#7 Bill is welcome to call the police or my attourney and lets let the legal system determine if your signed contract is inforceable.
#8 Bill, if this is theft please call the police and please have your lawyer call me .
In closing nice job Bill of giving a false version of the events. Anyone that wants to see the facts in writing
please call me .
We are a local Veteran owned company. As you will notice, we have no other complaints listed only Dash Delivery Serices of Rogers. My guess Bill is unhappy that I discovered he was not paying for the rental of my machine and I put an end to it when he refused to honor his agreement.
