I ordered one set of knives and per their ad I get a 2nd one free - they charged me shipping for the free set and said I could return it within 30 days HOWEVER they will NoT remburse me the original shipping charges plus I have to pay shipping back shipping charges were 39.95 and I would have to pay 18.00 to ship it back and NOT be refunded for the 39.95 original shipping. THIS IS FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING

It says in the advertisement that you only have to pay the S&H for the free set of knives. It's sort of odd that you remember the free set of knives coming to you but didn't remember it would cost you shipping and handling. It's even displayed as a part of the ad. I don't know how much clearer they could be?

S&H is not refundable under almost all circumstances. What was wrong with the knives?
