To whom it may concern;
On 9-3-02, I recieved my miracle blade set. I phoned your company(10:31am.) and requested a Return Mail Label (RML) for the knife block (which I requested not be sent). I was told (by Chris) that, it would be here soon.

On 10-01-02, I phoned my credit card company to obtain my balance. There had been an UNAUTHORIZED charge in the amount of, $39.90 and, another in the same amount waiting for approval. I requested the merchant information. None was available nor, could a stop payment be placed on the account due to this lack of information. I phoned all the companies you sold (WITHOUT my approval) my credit card number to. So far, none of them had processed any payments (nor should they as, I've requested all orders to be cancelled).

I then phoned your company (at aproximately; 9:26am.) requesting information on the status of the RML, a request that my information not be given to others and, to find out if it was infact a charge for the knife block. It seems that the charge was indeed from your company and, (interestingly enough) my address was listed incorrectly in the computer - I wonder how the blades managed to arrive at the correct address? I requested the UNAUTHORIZED charge be removed from my credit card immediately and, the RML be sent. I was told by, Anni(?) that she was personally sending the label (I was actually placed on hold while she went to, "get an envelope"). I confirmed the ETA of the RML and, we agreed that IF the label was not here by Thursday, I would call back.

As my mail arrived late yesterday, I did not feel it appropriate to call untill today. When I phoned your company at aproximately 11:24am. I spoke with, Eric. He stated that, I had the wrong number, I was to call directly to corporate at; 1-866-220-2574 (as, THAT is where the labels are mailed from). I phoned that number and, reached Arlene. Arlene stated that "due to the high volume of calls", calls were being rerouted to their center (the location of my call to Eric). She gave me another number (1-800-736-4431) which I dialed 4 times.

Three of the four, I recieved a recording stateing that my call could not be completed as dialed. On the fourth, I recieved a disconnect message. I then phoned the 866-220-2574 number again. I was lucky enough to reach Arlene a second time (11:36am.). She suggested that as, the calls may continue to be transfered to their center, I should attempt to reach you via the internet or, between 3 & 4 pm. when call volume slows.

I will phone back during that time frame. This letter will be attached to an E-Mail via your internet site and, it will be mailed so that there can be NO Further misunderstanding(s).

Please send a Return Mail Label (Within the next two Days) to my home at; (CENSORED). Please REMOVE ALL unauthorized charges (including those for the knife block or ANY other item) from my credit card within the next FIVE (5) business days. Please DO NOT sell, give away nor make available to any business, company, department, individual, group or other entity any information including but, not limited to my credit card number, provider, bank, etc... nor any information regarding my household, my telephone number, address, marital status nor any other personal information.

I have begun the process of disputing your charge(s) with my credit card company and, will turn the matter over to an attorney if necessary. I expect your RML here no later then, Monday, October 7th., 2002 (since it was originally ordered on, 9-3-02, this should not be a problem). If it is not here by that date, the knife block will be returned certified, C.O.D. (If it is not signed for by an approved individual, I will assume that you have credited my account and, wish no further claim on the item and I will dispose of it as I see fit).

As soon as I recieve a billing statement from my telephone company, I will issue a statement for all charges (phone and other) associated with this mess. If there are questions, I can be reached at; (CENSORED)

They just do not understant words like: "No." "Stop Calling me." "Do Not - sell or give my name or number to anyone else." Do not ever give them a phone number or, Any bank information. Any company that will not do business COD, is only trying to rip you off. Stay way away!
