Miracle Socks Ontel Products Corporation Overcharged My Order, Upgraded Without Permission, Overcharged Shipping, Did Not offer Buy One Get One Free even after Promo said so Fairfield, New Jersey

I ordered Miracle Socks Via Telephone On 12/19/2011. The CABLE Commercial said it was Buy one for 10.00 Get one free. As well as two free Miracle Foot repair cream. But the shipping would apply to both items. Okay, not a problem. I ordered only TWO PAIRS of socks NOT FOUR. And I waited. Nothing ever came. I had my daughter help me to figure out where my order was, and on 01/06/2012 she was able to go to ONTEL's website directly, enter my name and zip and up came my order. Which you will find the enclose .JPG. It shows that I was charge 10.00 for EACH pair of socks, as well as 20.00 each for two pairs that I never ordered nor was offered to me. I was also charge 27.96 Handling and Processing, what on earth? It does not cost almost 30.00 for handling and processing. And they never told me this on the phone.  So once my daughter located my order, and reveled that information to me, I was so upset. I am on a fixed income and they were about to take total advantage of me. She helped me to get this order cancelled ASAP. They had not charged me yet, because it was on back order. They said it was cancelled but I am writing this review to let others know what they did to me. And apparently I am not the only one.

By the way, after I order two socks, I kept getting spammed on the telephone by these same people to order this or that or more socks and each and every time I said no. And the callers would get very rude, hang up on me also. But they just kept calling back.

I have enclosed an ACTUAL copy of my bill that was copied, I omitted information with my name etc. But you get the idea.

AVOID AS SEEN ON T.V. CRAP. Buy it locally from CVS or walmart or whatever. It's all Bait and Scam And should be completely against the law.
