MiracleFace Laureen 3 locations 545 5ave, 140 W 57 St and 37 E 28 St all malpractice Illegal business practices, demands credit card numbers via text, no appointments exist, false charges, no receptionist NYC New York

A person named only "Laureen" is running a potential scam spa operation called MiracleFace in NYC.

They have three easily made fly by night locations and I feel all three should be avoided.  545 5th Avenue, 140 West 57 St and 37 East 28th Street NYC 10016.

No one ever answers their phone number listed.  They ask you to text for medical appointments. After I had pre payed online via Groupon no appointment times were available. Since they have three locations, I wanted to know where and when I could make an appointment.  They would not answer.  No doctor nor spa technician was ever mentioned.  

I was told that I could get an appointment if I texted my credit card information. My other option was to send my credit card information via a vague personal looking website info@ webmail.  I was not told of the location for my potential appointment even after asking several times. 

I mentioned that I live in New York and a spa /clinic not affording a receptionist nor having officail attachments was unconventional at best.  I was then sent a text saying: "sorry dont have any available schedules anymore try and get a refund."

I fear these people may be endangering customers lives since they say they offer botox and other medical treatments.  I can only imagine how that practice is handled if they want patients to text a stranger their credit card numbers with zero details given.  I also fear for the safety of the people who did send their credit card numbers to this person or unwillingly participated in this potentially criminal operation.
