M'Lady Nissan Crystal Lake Dealer lied about financing and warranty cost Crystal Lake IL

 My girlfriend had never bought a car before. They took advantage of this by overcharging her and lying to her about financing and warranty costs. Scott M'Lady told her the interest rate would be 2%. It turned out to be almost 5%. He also said the warranty would cost $10 a month. It actually cost $35 a month. She didn't know that he would flat out lie to her so she took his word and signed the contract. They also charged her $3000 more than KBB retail value. All in all she paid double what the car is worth. I get that they have to make a profit but taking advantage of a young naive car buyer and writing up a contract with terms different than what was said is wrong.
