MMG Finance Risk Management Partners Limited Promised to pay off our debt but did not, now they will not refund our $9365.98 and we cannot find them. ripoff Carson City Nevada

we enrolled with mmg finance on 12/13/2002 in order to settle our debt with credit card companies, we had paid over 9000.00$'s into an account that was supposed to settle our debt.

we had been paying 400.00 a month into the account until janurary of 2006 when we started receiving calls once again from our creditors and we did our thing which was give them the info mmg told us to.

they (creditors) continued to call us even though they had mmg's numbers and we finally had a heart to heart with ine of the creditors whom in turn told us she was cursed by this guy who seems to be the only person at mmg (mike).

when we finally got to speak with mike at mmg he was very ugly with us, so we started seeking help with the situation and through alot of investigating and research we found out we were not the only people who had been ripped off by these SOB'S.

the company also had changed there name to risk management partners ltd., which even made us more suspicious of them.

we have written letters to the attorney generals office in every state they are hiding in including ours and have not been able to get anywhere with them, it seems they may be working with rmp ltd. because they have not helped us in anyway, it appears they have only sent one letter to try to contact mmg/rmp ltd., and still no luck and i thought the us constitution was FOR the people, well it is, its for the people doing the ripping off cause it sure ain't for us.
