MNICREDITRPT Mini Credit Report Internet

I am a Senior Citizen. I acknowledge that I may have accepted the FREE credit report offer, but I never authorized $12.95 charged to my credit card monthly. I contacted the company and spoke to someone in Panama City, Panama, who referred me to someone else, who hung up on me when I insisted on a refund. I called back, asked for a manager, and was told that their policy does not allow refunds. I asked them just what I got for my money -- which was absolutely NOTHING. Each rep insisted they are not responsible to notify when the 30 free days are expired. I got NOTHING during my free days or paid days. I was informed that the headquarters is in Canoga Park, CA, but no address is available, only the same 866-365-8654 number I already called three times. I have spoken with Beverly, Chase and Andrea to no avail. BEWARE and stay away from this SCAM!
