Hi there. As I was looking through my credit card statement, I noticed an amount which I didn't recognize.

It was for $14.95 from MO2*PRIVACY PLUS. I don't know who they are.

Run.. Do not Walk!

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 26, 2003

Pamela,

Run do not walk to your desk and immediately write a letter of dispute to your credit card company, stating that you did not authorize this payment nor do you recognize the company as one you would ever do business with.

You need to also make a copy of your statement, circling that charge in red. Make copies of the letter and statement, as well as the envelope and keep that in a file. It is only $14.95, but, you don;t know if there will be any repercussions from not disputing it, such as recurring fees every month, or higher fees being transacted against your card.

Good Luck and keep us posted.
