Mobihand Purchase made, but no product delivered, Internet

I have order several Blackberry software programs from this company.  And each time I am sent several emails from Mobihand saying my card is being checked for fraud, and told to wait an unspecified amount of time for them to "clear" my card.

After several hours, and sometimes a full day, I am sent another email telling me my order has been cancelled and that I must provide a telephone number so that they may "verify" my account.

I have sent my number on each and ever occasion and have NEVER gotten a phone call from one of Mobihand's representatives.  Furthermore, I also never hear another word from them, even after multiple emails that I send demanding my money back or the product link for download.  My credit card is CHARGED for the product, but I'm being checked for fraud?!?!

I must send up to 10 emails in order to get any response at all from what appears to be a "canned" email response.  Generally it is several days before I am able to download my software.  If I have to work this hard for a little 3.99 piece of software, then they should be giving it to me for free.

My impression of this company is that I cannot expect my software for days and days AFTER I have made my purchase and they have charged my card, without having to threaten them with legal action, or...as I am doing here, a public outcry against them.  That usually does the trick.  I however, am no longer purchasing anything from their lame company, and I suggest no one else does either.  You have to fight tooth and nail for anything that you pay for.

And be aware, Mobihand is the parent company for Crackberry as I understand it, so be sure when you are buying software for your blackberry, that it is not going through Mobihand.
