Mobile Masters does not complete jobs, was incompetent, ruined my brand-new equipment and refused to finish an install. Vic was hired for a start from scratch Audio Visual installation. Part of his service was to give me a shopping list of equipment for the installation, he provides this so he is familiar with all items and they work seamlessly together.   After receiving items he wanted for install (Stereo receivers to Speakers) His efforts to install were as if he did not know much at all about the products he suggested. Such as "Oh, I did not know the reviver did not have blue tooth". He knew ahead of time that I needed that feature.

other things he blew out back yard speakers never replaced or offered to. I asked him to take off bill and finish programing remote and receiver as promised after I paid him- He refused to come back and or credit me for speakers. The Job bill came in at nearly double what he quoted me. He never integrated the equipment - The volume controls do not work correctly and he kept indicating they would be fixed easily next time he came out as he had an appointment and was in a hurry. All but every time he came out he would start by saying "I do not have much time today" He would bring people that were there as friends not employees to hang out in my private home and had no business in my home. He would send employees that would not show up and had less experience than he did with the equipment that he suggested. The bottom line is he was asked to come out and finish the job he sent me an email on how to finish programming the remote that which was part of his job. I would never recommend Mobile Masters of Disaster - ever.

For those that take Rip of Report with more than a grain of salt for a group who merely is looking to extort people for a fee of $2000 is outrageous!

Mark is not an old client to Mobile Masters.

Mobile Masters doesn't encourage or condone the use of illigal devices designed to stream pirated adult material or any movies under the federal U.S. copyright ,digital milenium,or the electronic theft infringment protection Acts.

All clients assume the responsibilty of breaking these laws of trying to not pay for high quality audio visual movie productions.

Due to these copyright digital protection codes built into todays newer electronics, trying to fulfill these audio visual setup requests can be impossible due to electronics not allowing pirated material to display.  

Mobile Masters does not sell, resume responsibilty, or warranty any altered audio video setups to try and play these unlocked illigal devices on any new Audio Video equipment. 

Mobile Masters does not lock out any of their clients from any of the owned equipment so any changes can be made by the equipment owner without being forced to hire a tech for any service calls or repairs.

Mark has used Vic in a previous installtion of a golf cart audio system and he isn't new to how installtions are invoiced.

Per a discussion before this install Mark made it very clear that he didn't want to spend a lot of money and wanted a set fee for undecided electronics yet to be purchased.  He asked for a simular functionality of a far supperior entertainment system that he used to use. Vic made no promises of exact functionality of his old SONOS system.

Mark wanted to do everything he can to not pay for legal live streaming video or movie content. This included cable tv or satellite tv which is considered a normal audio video setup type for most.

When suggested links were given, everything was to expensive. So used equipment suggestive links were provided for Mark to look over the features of what he wanted. He chose not to look at the features and or exchange/return these products for the extra features that were later requested.

We do not provide links to incompatible equipment designed to work with other legal electronics. 

False accusations of Mobile Masters being responsible of an amplifier incapable of blowing any speakers, was the direct result of poor (cheap) equipment choice and was warrantied by Amazon.

Upon first day of install Mark decided to go ahead with a used older reciever that needed to be completely reset and re programmed to function for his home design. He also presented us with these illigal devices designed to stream the kind of adult viewing content and other pirated viewing material that he so desperatly wanted installed. 

When trying to get these devices to function properly with the old equipment and the new TV he purchased it didn't want to work. Mobile Masters proceeded to try and program these devices into the universal remote system that was suggested it took several extra hours and days to try and get these things correct as no one had any idea of there funcionality. 

Also, no extra charges were added to try and keep Mark happy. It was eventually explained that we need payment to complete the now new work order changes and he agreed. 

After Marks setup was complete we did our very best to show him how the universal remote controlled all of his equipment and he continued to show unsatisfaction because we do not have any information on how these illigal devices function or understand why they don"t have any cross compatibilty with other devices other than software. 

Out of mark not wanting to learn how to use his remote outside of the small demo he was provided, his frustration and lack of using the tools built into the remote were disregarded out of pure laziness. Mark then proceeded to not want to pay for almost two months before a lien notice was sent to his home per NRS 108.22146

After we finally were able to get ahold of Mark to make any more corrections (all of which were free of charge) Vic went on his birthday with his uncle who also works for Mobile Masters on occasion for other projects leaving a previous project to try and satisfy Mark. Upon looking over the install it was very clear the wiring was completly undone and that he has now added a Satellite Tv service and that the system had to be re done and the remote now also needed to be reprogrammed so that he could properly controll his now added Satellite Tuners. (more free labor) 

Marks false accusations of Mobile Masters bringing any unkown persons into his home is outrageous and a huge lie which is not appreciated at all. 

After yet another setup and test of everything Mark was satisfied and signed our invoice and the credit card transaction in witness of another person. 

Mark then proceeded to complain and alter the installation several days after which concluded why Mobile Masters decided to no longer warranty or provide any further free labor to Mark based on the previous alterations to try and make things work differently then designed.

Mark then convinced his credit card company to refund 45% of the install which makes no sense considering everyhting we did was not working according to him. 

We strongly believe we went above and beyond trying to help this client with making his equipment function as smoothly as possible bewteeen these multilple devices he purchased.
