I'm not sure how these messages started, but I was getting two every couple of days with a horoscope or soulmate prediction. I have since learned that this company has all sorts of different "subscriptions" - weather, Hot Babes to "chat" with, and such.

When I received my first cell phone bill after this started, the messages totalled up to over $40!! I called the automated-only number to cancel and it said it would take up to two days for all messages to stop, and that was three weeks ago.

I am still receiveing the messages and my cell phone company has no way of tracking down any phone number for this company so I can speak with a live person. You cannot get thru to anyone calling 800.235.7105. It is automated only. So now I'm not sure what to do except call my cell service provider every month to get credit for these annoying, expensive messages ($5.99 to $9.99 EACH!).

Hard to believe the company or whatever it is...

Seriously, Could I believe to you or not? From the very first moment I got today this message on my phone, I became suspicious about it:

"You have: 1 unread message from your secret crush.Reply >>YES<< to get your crush's name now! 4help 8002357105 $9.99/mo Msg&Data rates may apply.txt stop 2stop.

Sender:
[No name]
68851
Received:
11/11/2010 8:59am"

I googled this number and I found a list of complaints from people that probably like me, never subscribed into any IQ quiz or any dating website.

To be honest, I don't believe in horoscope, I do not lose my time taking nonsense quizes, and less I will be wasting my time by getting into date chats and sites on internet.

My phone I only use for texting my husband when we are working and need to contact each other, to greet my family abroad and for very restrictive job calls. We have a very limited plan and use the phone for very important and necessary situations.

So, how my number ended up in your list and now I am receiving this message?

I decided not to respond back with "STOP", because other customer said they have done but still they keep receiving messages, and get billed more in the phone bills.

What you are doing is very dishonest, what a shame! If I would have subscribed my self to any of your services, I would not be here reporting your scamming.

I have already reported this number and copy the txt message to the Federal Communications Comission and to the Federal Trade Comission. I will see if by the following day I keep receiving another messages from this sender and  if my bill will be charged for a service that I have never ever requested and I am not at least interested. What could I do? Call to the number and being fooled? My husband and I are will think about it.
