Modern Nu Skin Care Modern nu skin Representative was so beligerant and rude to me when I tried to cancel their product. Alvarado, Texas Internet

On 12/22/15 I saw an Advertisement on the Tv about Modern Nu Skin Care. The Advertisement stated that two cosmetic items. The first product was $35.99 then you got the second bottle free for a trial. When I recieved my credit card statement, that was not the case. They had charged me $94.57 for the first product and $89.47 for the second item.

I called the number on my statement and spoke with a Representative from Modern Nu Skin Care and I told them about my charge. The Representative was so hard to understand. But told me there would be no more charges until 03/01/16 if I didn't call back.

Two weeks later I recieved another shipment of these 2 items and was charged again $89.47 and $94.57. On 01/25/16 I called the Representative again and stated my issue and that I wanted it cancelled Immediatly. The Representative was so rude and tried talking over me and belittling me. It took me 20 minutes with this rude woman. I was shaking by the time I was off the phone with her.

These products don't even work on my skin. I told the representative this also and she tried making me purchase more items and told me she would give me 65% off my next shipment. I told her I already had 2 bottles of each of these items and she would not refund any of my money. I can't believe that in today's business someone could be so rude.
