To keep it brief:

Larry Dipaola performed a polygraph exam and never gave me the written report which I paid cash for in advance. I have made verbal communication with him three times and left two voicemails. He gave false promises to deliver.

I am hoping for the opportunity to give a positive update to this complaint after he supplies me with the written report that he agreed to give me in return for the fee that I paid.
