Mohamad Yassin south bay expressway false toll road fee evasion notice San Diego, California California

I received a fraudulent citation notice on 1/21/2018 from south bay expressway. It stated that on 01-04-2018  2:46PM, my car went through one of their express highways and did not pay the toll.  I find this totally ridiculous, since I have owned the car since January 5, 2018 and have not been any where near their express highways. 

The citation number is C140218994.  I tried to call them many many times and it seems like their customer services center doesn't exist in reality. So I emailed them and I got a response from them, they requested a proof (which is rediculus, because since they had access to DMV owner records, they should also be able to be accurately and get the owner on record on that specific date). 

I have been trying to send those idiots the proof (my title with the purchase date on it) since January 30, 2018 but it I always end up getting "Message not delivered". Seems like their system isn't able to handle PDF documents (file is too big for their server...why would they ask me to send them PDF document if they knew their servers are too weak?!). They better be able to show me a clear camera shot of me driving and my license plate! I do not trust these people at all. ..this is a big scam!!   Mohamad Yassin 3/1/2018
