 they start this off by saying you only pay $4 for shipping and handling. after a week you are charged $84.93 in my instance. two weeks later i was charged another $84.93 from my debit account without authorization. i had to cancel my card to get a new one from further charges being made. after the second charge i called to cancel my business. immediately they ask why? i told them it was way to much for what i was getting. immediately they said they would charge me at half off. i told them i didnt want to be charged at all and i wanted a refund. seeing as they had sent the product i had to wait for it to arrive to be sent back. three weeks have gone by and i called them today. if you have read reviews you know that you only get $40 for the refund. i spoke to a person in customer support who said she had to talk to her supervisor. this of which seems like a protocol of the company. before she could speak i said let me guess im only getting $40 back that of which the response was yes. of course it is going to take up to 40 days before it hits my account. not a good way to do business and would stay away......proceed with caution.
