Item received back in January was counterfeit.also wrong colour sent. Company promised refund. Cost 40 USD to return to China to address they instructed me to send it to.
Company refused to sign for the item when returned to the address they gave.
On tracking parcel via Royal Mail the parcel was then taken to city post office.
Company promised to collect it 'in a couple of days' but never did. I sent an email every day to remind them. They then lied that they were making a refund on 27th feb. This was a lie as no refund received.
On emailing them again and threatening them with legal action a certain Tom Divli says they havnt received the package.... It is in another city?!!
basically I am being fobbed off.They are doing their best to avoid paying me 260 USD
