Monetary Crime and Law Associates A parent loan Company Internet

A guy called my job by the name of "Jack Adams," and he asked my if I had an attorney. He had all of my private information. I told him I don't like personal phone calls at work. He told me I needed to speak to a senior officer and hold on. I blatenly said that I was at work and to call me after I got off from work.  He called me about 6p.m, cst and explained that Cash Net had filed a lawsuit against my name and social security number.  I began to ask a ton of questions, like "What is the specific date," "Who was the actual company that I received the funds from," I received no definite answer. I began to do my research. I looked up the company and found nothing on Monetary Crime and Law Associates.
