I received the following from Monetary Transport Systems and immediately came to check the Rip Off Report. Was unable to find any information regarding this, but wanted to make sure that anyone who receives this reads the terms and conditions on back, closely. The Payment Memorandum states "We will present your check by mail upon confirmation that your address is correct and that you are 18 or older.

Upon receipt of the required $26.00 actuation fee, a minimum of $500,000 dollars in cash and merchandise elegibility presentments are guaranteed to be disbursed to you, as per terms and conditions on reverse.

Reverse states: (very small) Grand Prize is $5,000.00, First Prize is $1,500.00; second prize is $1,000.00 (Major Prizes). All winners, including the major prize winners will receive a $1.00 prize.

So, you are only guaranteed to lose $25.00. Please, please read carefully. It would be easy to fall for this.
