Well we recently reported that Money Store aka Homeq aka Imperial Collection Services aka Adam Castellanos and local attorney William C. Boyd was attempting a foreclosure on our home. We had employed at least three attorneys to fight them. They wanted $ 40,000.00 for a $ 18,000.00 debt which we thought had been discharged in a BK7 over seven years ago. We found out that there was a lien filed which we were unaware of.

Long story short. The Money Store did foreclose. But the reality was that Money Store sold our debt in a short sale a month before the foreclosure to a representative of Imperial Collections Services - Adam Castellanos. After the sale of our note to Adam of Imperial Collections Services (ICS). Then Money Store under the Direction of Adam foreclosed on our property and then demanded $ 40,000.00 to get our title back.

Isnt it agains the law to foreclose under a name that no longer owns the property ? Well they did. And to make matters even worse we had to pay the extortion of $ 40,000.00 to get our title that was illegally gotten back. Basically we purchased a title back from Money Store that they did not own to foreclose on in the first place. Adam Castellanos signed as VP of Money Store. Money Store insists that they sold the note prior to the foreclosure to Adam Castellanos so why didnt Adam just foreclose under his name or his companies name ? We believe that he would not legally be able to foreclose as the lien was expired at the time of his purchase of or note. We need help I looked up the laws on this one and they are all Federal Criminal and our home value is up to $ 200 K.

We have our title back ? But it was not thiers to foreclose or to resell back to us .. Money Store had the note and sold it. Soooo..... If I have to guess on this one that ICS is actually ripping off Money Store right and left. Adam Castellanos likes to fish and he had the sale listed in the Money Store computer as BIG FISH under our account. I hope we turn out to be a SHARK and gobble him up for his illegal actions.
