I purchased a business a few months ago. I inheritated the credit card processing from former owner. The credit card processing was Money Tree Merchant Services. Month ago my credit card processing machine went out of service. I called Money Tree Tech Support. After 35 min on hold, I was able to get to the rep. He notified me that there was a nationwide issue with the type of the machine I had and he was going to ship me a new machine. However, after 32days, there is not new machine. I have called at least 10 times to inquire about the status of the machine, but every time I was lied to. They are blaming FedEx for losing my machine, which I do not believe. Even if that the case, why don't they ship a new one and then resolve with FedEx the issue? Finally I gave up and signed a contract with a new merchant service. These people lie to the teeth and do not care about the customers. I asked to speak to a manger, but every time I was told there is no manager on duty (during the business hour)..DO NOT DEAL with these people. There are many other reputable companies that care about the customers and do not lie to them....
