Money Wayz and all of their "Wayz" affiliates are connected. What they do is sell a website business opportunity have their other company called Turnkey call you to sell you bogus advertising to help sell your product/s. The advertisements are overprices sub standard ads that get you no results. They promise you a certain number of hits on your site. We all no that there are computer programs out there that can hit sites without anyone actually visiting your site.

After a while and a lot of frustration they take their lkeads over to a Recovery room operating out of Tempe, Az. They take the leads that Money Wayz and Turnkey used and bring them over to USBHC which is United States Business Advisory Council or National Business Advisory Council. They keep changing their name to avoid complaints.

They sell unsuspecting customers a phoney tax amendment package that they claim you can write off everything you ever buy, all bills, things that we all know you cannot leagally write off. The tax package is for people that actually own a real business not just someone who gets scamed by a business opportunity. I just thought everyone should know what is going on. Can you say Racateering. Can you say Conspiracy to Commit Fraud. The law needs to get these guys.

Business Recovery Services is NOT, I repeat NOT, part of Moneywayz!!!!

AUTHOR: Business Recovery Services - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 02, 2009

For the record, there was an individual who posted a comment on this rip-off report who suggested that Business Recovery Services is part of Moneywayz. As the owner of Business Recovery Services, I emphatically DENY any association whatsoever with Moneywayz!! As a matter of fact, I consider that allegation of an association with Moneywayz to be a slanderous statement!!

The truth of the matter is that there is some poor person, who I do sympathize with, who lost money with Moneywayz. And, because this person lost money with Moneywayz, he/she is hesitant to believe anyone else who ever calls them on the telephone. Believe me, I do understand that position. However, his/her inability to listen to what Business Recovery Services could potentially do to assist him/her in the recovery of money from an ill-fated home-based business is potentially costing him/her thousands of dollars. Of course, I hate to see anyone lose money to these home-based businesses, because most of them are garbage.

If you want to put your efforts into a more constructive activity, like trying to get your money back, then please call me at (480) 649-4251. If not, then I wish you the best of luck. But, please understand that Business Recovery Services was created to assist those who feel that they have been ripped-off by a home-based business. If you choose not to participate, then that's OK. After all, it's your money, not mine.

I cannot reiterate enough that Business Recovery Services is in no way whatsoever associated with Moneywayz.

AUTHOR: Miket - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 21, 2009

I just got a call from company calling themselves Business Recovery Services (480-615-2161) saying if I paid them $295 I would recover money I may have lost with Moneywayz. When I asked what this would be for they said it was for restituion. I have a sinking suspicion that this is another Moneywayz scam so beware.

May 2006 current info. on NBAC

AUTHOR: D. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 16, 2006

I was contacted by two eldery women regarding money that they had lost to this company when they had purchased tax tape set and a travel package. Neither item was ever received
During my investigation I found information on the owner of the company, Sam Benavites and his partners Lou Deleo, Rick Silvers, Tom Holm and Brandy Laird. During the investigation I found scam that they were running was quite far reaching. I had spoken to people from NJ to AZ who had lost a great deal of money to Sam Benavites and his associates.

I was able to contact the owner, Sam Benaviets via cell phone,(much to his suprise) and he claimed that he had never heard of NBAC and became very agressive when I asked him questions about the company. I was able to find that Sam was moving to Phoenix. It seems that he only stays at one address for a few month before he moves and changes the name of his company.
I turned all this information over to a Tempe Fraud detective who was going to follow up on the case.

Real Intelligent Scam

AUTHOR: M - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 11, 2005

"I signed up with NBAC in December and recieved there tax package and consumer hotline. Everything they told me was backed up in the tax package and the consumer hotline has help me keep thousands of dollars in my pocket. I feel I needed to rebuttal this because for once a company is helping their clients and following through with what they say.

Nbac - Tempe, Arizona
U.S.A."

You guys down in Tempe must be stupid. Is your management/owner/s retarded? What did the sun cook your pea brain. If you are trying to defend your company anonymously don't sign it with your companies name. GD. Also use a dictionary (their instead of there) you hicks. This just goes to show people with little brains never get anywhere and that's why they have to scam people. Company following thru with what they say. Ha HA Ha HA that's a joke they didn't help me just took 1195.00 for a 200 dollar Sanford Botkin Cd and book on how to maximize your deductions if you are a small business not if you got scammed by a biz op. Which is what happened to me then they cold called me and told me they could amend my losses with this "Tax Package". Please explain how I do that with a book about writing things off. As far as consumer hotline goes you guys are a joke what do you do just tell everybody that everything's a scam, that would make your life a little easier. More time for scamming. Recovery Room. Recovery Room. Liars. Liars. Liars. Get a real job.
