While on a cruise in March, 2014 we were told after we purchased some jewelry that we would get a refund credit on our credit card from MoneyBack which is a program offered by Mexico and the owner even took us around the corner to the office to fill out the paper work.  We were told we would get a credit on our credit card in about 6 weeks. Well it has been 3 months and nothing.  I have written this company and have received no response.  Beware this is a scam......

The same thing happened to me on my trip to Cozumel in April of this year... I purchased jewelry at International Diamonds and filed the Moneyback form with the Moneyback employee in the store and it is now August and No Refund!  They told me it had been processed already and to check my credit card statement... Not!  I continue to pursue this but "buyer beware" as this appears to be a Mexican govt scam - just pathetic.
