Monica Hill Delightfully Yours Catering, L.L.C. Fraud, Theft, Fake Caterer, SCAM, Internet

 There is a false rip off report that is riddled with slander and liable from the person who wrote it who was just mad that she was past the deadline of a deposit refund after she stayed on my books for more than 4 months with no deposit at all. Once she paid the deposit, she went psycho as you can see by her many different variations. I am very much a licensed caterer with the state of Texas and have been since 2012. I have my catering license, managers certficate, and 1,000,000 insurance policy as required for my business by law. Not only did I use commercial kitchen Hour Kitchen, I have the contract signed by the owners of that establishment as well. So yet another lie she told. I now work out of another commercial kitchen where I also have a contract. I have policies and procedures in place as every business and when customers fail to follow them, they lose deposits as stated because we have turned down other business by the date being booked which is why a deposit is taken an other things has to happen within a certain time frame. Business is business. You can't go and lie in a public forum and not think consequences won't take place. I will now sue this individual for slander and liable as well. Anyone can do research and see I'm licensed, registered with the Secretary of the State of Texas and a licensed caterer and registered with the Texas Comptroler and have a sales and tax permit which is all up to date under my company name Delightfully Yours Catering,LLC. This is the only bad review which is completely false against my company. I've been in business almost 5 years and this is the only person who has anything negative to say and lied on top of it! My businesss has suffered because of it and I aim to restore my name and brand! This is the first step! I hope those with common sense do research and find my company is very real and up to date then and now with the state of Texas and health departments and insured! Never go by what a person says. Always do your own research. I have every right to see to it that this is taken care of even if that means legal action to all involved! She actually made her deposit into my business banking account with a check, which can also be proven as well, as my licensing with Texas and credentials with not one, but both Garland Health Department and Dallas County health department. I can't tell you how many people have mentioned this particular slander on your site that pops up when they google me. This is the only negative and false I might add type of review and slander out there and I'm asking for it to be removed at once! I have let it go all these years, but my name and my brand means everything to me and is being affected by this. I think I have given you enough below to prove the fact that I am not at all a fake caterer or a scammer or fraud. This was just a disgruntle almost client trying to sabatage my business and used you all to do it. I expect to hear from someone soon. I'm trying to handle this without legal getting involved. It has taken me so long because I've had neck surgery, back surgery, surgery on a major nerve in my arm and it has taken a while to get in the right mind set to deal with this. Im choosing to handle it professionally by myself now without legal getting involved. I Would Like This False Complaint Removed Immediately! Thanking you in advance. I wish I could delete my retraction. Monica Hill is the most unprofessional service provider I have ever dealt with. After being unable to keep out THIRD appointment for a tasting, I fired her and asked for a refund of the $600 deposit I paid. Ms. Hill absolutely refused to issue a refund at all. I contacted Brett Shipp with ABC and tried to get him to do a story on her fraudulent practices, but we were unsuccessful.

She told Brett Shipp that she did not perform any service for me and would not refund any of my money. She told me she forwarded all our email and text message communications to her attorney. I am currently looking in to  how to take her to small claims court to try to get some of my money back. I filed a complaint against her company with BBB Dallas. She failed to respond to the complaint, so she now has an F rating with the BBB.
 
Stay as far away from her as possible. She only wants to take your money and run. She tried to say I was firing her because I couldn't afford to pay my balance. That was very much not the case. Instead of paying her a total of $1200 for hour'derves, I paid $1500 for the most amazing Mexican food I've ever tasted. She's unprofessional and has a completely ghetto attitude. When I take her to small claims court, I won't be surprised at all if she shows up with this attorney she mentioned. STAY AWAY FROM DELIGHTFULLY YOURS CATERING OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

I am the author of this report and have a retraction to make. Monica has since contacted me and explained the extenuating circumstances in my situation. She had valid reasons for not getting back in touch with me. I asked the editor of this site NOT to post my complaint. I never heard back from the editor. I have not been the victim of fraud or theft as I originally believed when I posted the complaint. I feel HORRIBLE that I may be giving her bad publicity. Please do not make a decision about her business based on the filed complaint.
